Anaerobic adhesive with low viscosity and high adhesive force. Designated to establish and fix tightly matched cylindrical elements. It fills the joints 0.01 to 0.15 mm. PARAMETERS: Viscosity: 150 cP (mPas) Colour: green Busting torque: 25 Nm Initial cross-linking: 15 min. Temperature resistance: -55°C to 150°C FEATURES: single-component high adhesion low viscosity universal makes tough sealing retardant to chemical factors USAGE: Anaerobic adhesive 6601 because of high adhesion (busting torque 25Nm) and low viscosity is used for assembly of bearings, transmissions, and cylindrical parts tightly placed, where the slot size is 0.01 to 0.15 mm. Anaerobic adhesive 6601 can be used for permanent protection of screw connection. Disassembling of such connections is performed with the use of pneumatic tools. Typical use: assembly of industrial automatics and mechanics preparation of bolted structures installation of toothed wheels, pulleys, sidechain sprockets levelling of gaps during bearings assembly ADVANTAGES: easy to use perfect adhesion to smooth and polished surfaces easily enters and penetrates slots0.01 to 0.15mm both for fixing of cylindrical elements and protection of screw joints; increases sliding and makes elements' fixing easier protects against corrosion HOW TO USE: In order to get best results joined parts shall be clean, dry, free from oil and grease. Apply the adhesive on one of surfaces to be joined Connect the elements and remove excessive adhesive. Leave till dry. TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Immediate installation is not necessary, because the adhesive works only when the parts are connected and air access is cut off.
